Extremely close fight. He Man and Hulk would battle for days, so it's best to just remove those two and make a guess at the rest of the matches. Vision is a poor choice for team Avengers. He's dying, so I'd replace him with Ghost Rider, Nova, or Quasar, because Space Ghost would beat up on him with ease these days.
