He wins this hands down.
He's was like the starship Enterprise in armor form.
Defeating his opponents with simple tech based solutions in his day.
He even recently caused the Phoenix to separate into five forms in the AvX saga.
Stark is a beast.
He even defeated Sentry both in Sentryform and Voidtry via helicarrier.
He defeated a raging WBH via satelite link.
