The first book isn't bad. I just read it last night (well the Loeb comic anyways). [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Captain America gets worked.

My prediction is that either in this event or the Childrens Crusade series it reveals that Wanda went nuts and got this big power up by tapping into the Phoenix Force. If that is truly the case you guys will never hear the end of it big grin

So Wandas power up was the result of tapping into "The Life Force" which possessed her and lead her to go out of control:

Sounds so familiar shifty

Given that this series is supposed to lead into Avengers Vs X-men i think this prediction is highly likely.

You better hope i'm completely wrong eek!

Even though with the current Uncanny roster (and Wolverine's faculty) is more numerous / powerful than the current Avenger's lineup, I honestly don't think the X-Men have a shot of winning with a Avengers movie on the way. sad

I'm not saying that's not right, but it did show Doom saying he could revive Jean with the Phoenix Force, so it does cause a little bit of mystery.

Although it'll probably be Jean and that will just be ignored by the next writer.
