Top-notch TP + Hulk-level strength + unreal durability + the potential for Zoom-esque speed + numerous other exotic powers, would be hard for any herald-leveler to beat, imo.

I am getting this odd feeling. It’s rumored that X-Man will tie into the whole Messiah Cable-Hope thingy.

Looking at the situation, Cable is powerless, and X-Man is bodyless. I would not be shocked if X-Man decided to reside within Cables body.
