This series is getting extremely frustrating for me to watch. I'm sick and tired of seeing LA getting killed at the end of each quarter. Is Detroit just better or is LA not taking them seriously? I swear I'm about ready to lose it. Bryant had me all excited, he promised an LA victory tonight. Well, it's not over yet, but his promise doesn't seem well....promising!!
LA's ignorance is costing them dearly, not to mention them getting screwed by the refs somewhat but I won't use that as an excuse for LA being down.

I hate to say it (no I don't) but I think Detroit is just better. LA has been so inconsistant and that is not a trait that you see in a championship team. Its always been said that defense is what wins championships as well. If Detroit goes through a drought, its not a big thing because they just make sure the Lakers don't get on a surge. If LA goes on a drought without strong D, then Detroit gets a lead.

That's true, D does when a championship. And it totally killed when Shaq was benched with his 2 fouls, that kills their D, then Detroit when on a 8-0 run. Looks like I must face the dark truth, Detroit is better.

I love the look on Shaq's face as he sits on the bench and watches his chance for another title tick away on the clock.

OMG! This is a bigger rape than their 20 point win. 27 point lead. HOLY CRAP! Plus Big Ben is killing.

My question now is: Will Detroit repeat?
I hope not. I think New Jersey is due for a championship, if they get a good big man next season.

I'm glad Ben is finally having a monster game. I wanted him to get MVP which isn't going to happen but I'm happy enough just to see the Lakers lose so badly.
