The 3rd fight was filler between fight one and fight two, Daniel Knauf and his son wrote the story. Tony was walking around in his yellow Extremis pajamas, they came to each other to cool things off as teamates before the war got out of hand. Captain America can't be at peak human. He has hurt Thor with his hammer, and Iron man's armor while it wasn't shut off or while it was shut off? No way a guy lifting 800 pounds can hit so hard. Either its bad writing or he lifts several tons. I think cap is far beyond peak human. Like how Batman is just over peak human, he punches guys through entire walls through a room. What guy who lifts 800 pounds lol hits so hard? Although he should never be able to hurt Thor though even lifting a few tons. As for the hand to hand feats quite a few people in Marvel claim to have mastered every style. Captain America is just one of the few who shows it. Wolverine is a perfect example he claims he mastered every style, but can any one recall him using and actually style compared to a 5 year old gone mad?

I always smile at these Batman-Captain America confrontations, how they both are quick to realize they shouldn't fight at all and should work together. Shows how smart they both are.
