In Dark Reign the Cabal #1 Doom defeated the Hood who supposedly is stronger than Doctor Strange and has the power of Dormammu, but it seemed to be some future story so I don't know if it's canon or not
It's not real. The entire story took place 5 minutes after the first Cabal meeting. This all happened in Dooms head, he was day dreaming, it's about what he wishes to achieve by next year. He also seems to not mind getting it on with She-Male Loki.
Nope, it's not even an alternate future. It's a Day Dream. It's all in Dooms head and takes place 5 minutes after the meeting with the Cabal (See the last page when Doom is parting with Namor).
The only thing is with Doom he's able to turn dreams into reality.
"He indicated that the one-shot will give him a chance to stretch his legs with the characters. He did reveal that the story in his one-shot occurs 5 minutes after the Cabal is formed, and takes place in Doom’s head."
yep.
Doom dissed Red Skull for being racist and basically told him his views where archaic and he was a relic and he wouldnt team up with him for that.

yeah. nice. and how did that pan out? right. it didnt.
it was just some goofy scene they through in there without
reading continuity. in any other encounter those to hate each other
with a passion if not tried to outright kill each other. remember when Skull had the cosmic cube? its call WIS.
