i've got that arc too, bulls stabs crossbones clean through the arm, and almost takes out his eye with his newly replaced veneer. considering Rumlow gives superhumans trouble and is one of taskmaster's boys, the fact Bulls' proved faster than him and survived, (though having to rely on desparate measures) is incredible.
If you wanna see a real pathetic moment in his career, check out dc v. marvel. Batman knocks him out cold, one punch.

I just finished reading the countdown arc and follow up in punisher v3 #1. For those who haven't read it, Rosalie Carbone hires Bullseye to eliminate a rival and the Punisher. as per his usual MO, Bullseye's developed an unhealthy obsession with frank and hopes to either kill him for free or work with him as a partner. After gunning down an armored vigilante named phalanx and injuring carlos cruz, Bulls recovers from a bullet wound he sustained and at the behest of Carbone, puts on the phalanx armor and begins stalking castle and killing many mobsters along the way. He frames castle for the murder of a picnicking family but is easily beaten in a confrontation when faced with castle and rogue shield agent stone cold. Later, he shows up at Castle's execution disguised as a priest and tells him about the frame. The story ends with a fight between an enraged punisher beating bullseye and then sparing him after shooting him through both hands.

did anyone else see what he did recently to spider-man?
don't have the scan on me but inside a cloud of smoke, spider-man throws a spider-tracer at bullseye but he catches it at the last second, then he whips it back at spider-man. it goes around a corner and embeds itself into spider-man's neck. bullseye then says that he must be crazy using to use a projectile against him.
spidey pwns him after in a very cool way but bullseye got a cool feat out of the encounter.
