I think this is a better fight than people are saying. You've got 6 really super individuals more powerful than most of the X-men present (how much depends individual-to-individual) and all with super speed, plus you've got a horde of monsters to keep the X-men busy. Then on the other side, you got the X-men and their variety of cool powers.
Though....I'm just picturing Polaris ripping out all the chakra control rods at once There's probably a majority chance they aren't magnetic and quite possibly the chakra running through them might protect against that even if they aren't, but it would make for a funny fight.
Every 'living' thing on the Naruto side could just be frozen, or electrocuted, or mind ****ed by Emma Frost.
This isn't a fair fight.
EDIT: Would telepathy actually work on the Paths?

Two Pains have soul attacks, one Pain can raise the dead. Also, just having one of the chakra blades in someone causes pain and prevents concentration, so that'd reduce most people's abilities to use their powers fully.
Yea, Iceman can't physically die as long as there's moisture in the air, but he can still die, and 1/3rd of the enemy force can do it, one of which can heal the other even from death if he goes down, and they'll outwardly look like two of the less threatening of the Pains.
The foes are faster and possess tremendous firepower themselves. There will be flights of missiles and chakra lasers, force blasts, and giant monsters running around, some of which have invisibility or explosives or what have you themselves.
Every Pain is stronger than the non-bricks on the opposition, every Pain is superhumanly tough, every Pain is faster than anyone on the opposition and will generally be hard to hit, and each have their own powers.
It sounds like a real rumble to me.
It's hard to say, and it'd depend on in what respect. These are after all remote bodies controlled by a very strong will who's mind is elsewhere who can use his chakra to control others (he tried to take over Naruto after all and was only rebuffed by the strength of chakra).
