Outside of Wakanda, there's very little of it. In the 40's Cap's shield was the only known amount then. In Avengers:AOU there was a large stash, but it was stolen/black market vibranium.

By Infinity War RDJ will catch up with Hugh Jackman in the number of times he�s portrayed the same superhero. By Avengers 4 RDJ will surpass Hugh, but Chris Evans will have caught up with Hugh.

Suffice to say, it�s hard to imagine either RDJ or Chris Evans carrying on much longer.
