It's not like he spent hours in a sun. He simply flew through them. At speeds so fast, light would take hours to catch up to him.
I called it an amp myself, and it certainly looks like an amp, but how, exactly, is it an amp? Because he hurtled through them (At speeds outpacing the light he needs?)
Or because they were 6d suns? Does that really make a difference? Nothing in the story really said as much. And that planet he destroyed while weakened was a 6d planet. Are only the suns super suns, while the planets are weaker then 3d?

The narrative explicitly states that he was "more than whole" after his first sun, he then flew through like five more or something like that. He was amped.
