Noticeable lack of Tony in this thread. I think most of his more hardcore fans these days came from the movies instead of comics. He has reps here on KMC, but less than we might expect.

I'm actually more interested in Abhi's overall selections. He's like a cross-section of popular fandom. Hulk, Supes, Thor, Spidey, Batman...nothing wrong with that at all; it's just more "chalk" than most of us.

Yeah, though he wasn't always my fave. I've pretty much loved the X-Men since I started reading comics and as I got older, I gained appreciation for Scott's role in the X-Men world, and within Marvel.

Tony's always been a favorite of mine... I just wish Marvel wouldn't have taken such a steaming shit on his character during the buildup to Secret Wars. That was entirely unneeded, imo.

When I first got into DC, his comic (under Dixon) was one of my first books smile

Dick and Cass got me into the Batfamily, and following Dick got me into the rest of the DCU.
