I would think it was created by white people. However, black people likely perfected it in the south. And what we enjoy today as "deluxe" Mac and Cheese was the improvement from black people.

This guy is awesome. He an incredible Dungeon Master, as well. Draws up amazingly detailed maps and plans out dungeons like no one else I have ever met or heard of. His wife is also super cool and doesn't take crap from him when he gets out of line.
