Yeah, the failure to take proper care in doing something.
I don't think they were like alright, let's kill this guy. That's all.
But they did, and there should be jail time. Full stop.
I get how it's sort of semantics but thats just what I thought of the situation. Dont think that i don't want the people involved punished, a guy was killed and there needs to be consequences, thats obvious.

It's a standard restraining technique, normally far safer for both parties in the event of a drug induced fit.
They're been using the knee on neck thing for decades without anyone being hurt. The entire point it so no one gets hurt.
