In that position the pic shows, Wolverine would've had to stab himself in the head first to get free or wait for the stuff to dissolve. Either way, he would be incapacitated for a short period of time.

How about you post scans of the pages right after that picture I posted. Just keep posting the pages, let us read it and see if Wolverine really got out on his own, or if he just let the webbing expire. Instead of you just telling us, let us take a look at the evidence, since you're so confident in it.
