Are you guys saying Wolverine wont hit Spidey once, in a all out battle. Even if Logan slashes Spidey across the chest, doesnt mean he will die but he will be weakened with loss of blood, unlike wolverine would heal and still be in top conditioned. Logan wears Spidey down.
Spiderman has more intelligence and wit than logan, the skeleton doesn't help him in this fight that much, and how will he wear down a guy thats at least 5x faster than him?

If Spidey goes crazy and trys to kill wolvie by taken off his neck, it could work in theory, but when he tugging or w/e, its not goin g to just snap, it will take a while, and Wolverine will stabb him while he trys. So Spidey will either get stabbed or be forced to stop yanking his neck.
I think this could be a tie in battle. They both have good stuff. If they both get K.oed wolverine still wakes up first do to healing factors. You guys have good points though.

He can't stab spiderman that easily, spiderman has precognition, you'd be surprised at what he can dodge.
Hes faster and can outspeed cars if need be, where is logan going to stab him.

Simple, Spidey dodgeing with all his speed, scared of getting slashed so he cant concentrate, and with all that movement Spidey tires himself out.
