even going by your interpretations... spiderman's spidersense isn't flawless....
wolverine's hit him on every one of their encounters...sure spidey dodged a lot of swings in the graveyard, but really, he ran out of options his body was beginning to fatigue...wolverine was still fresh as a daisy...something I've been arguing all along....when spiderman gets tired first...and he will......he'll slow down.....remember spiderman's legs were unstable after the fight...too shaky to stand up....by the time he got to his feet wolverine was already out of sight....spiderman can't dodge forever, can't do anything with his strength, and has a toss up chance of webbing wolverine..he's working against odds in spite of his physicality....
