So Wolverine outlasts Spiderman, and takes the win.

Doubt it he isn't breaking out of the webbing, and I don't see peter tiring, he's not faster, nor stronger, etc.

Spider-man is simply too fast, too strong, better reflexes. Spider-sense as well. Wolvie will be lucky to get near him, apart from when he is being pummuled by Spidey.........

when he's being pummuled? you do realize that attacking leaves one's self open to be attacked do you not?
