Yeah I doubt wolverine will hit back straight away when he is being beaten up with 10-15 ton punches. In the unlikely event Wolverine does get a chance to strike back then Spidey easily dodges and starts pummeling him again. Spider-man wins this 9/10 times if I am being generous to Wolverine...............

Not if one hit send Wolverine flying into a wall or 50 feet away.
And you know that's true, being that Wolverine is only 300 lbs. When fighting, everytime Spidey lands a strong blow, it would send Wolvie back.

Dude, realistically, everytime Spidey struck, Wolvie only needs to stick his claws in front of the attack. Even nicking him on the way back could lead to a sliced artery.

On the roof fight, Wolvie just takes it too spidey plain and simple; In the cemetary, Wolvie tires spidey out and smiles at him while he's taking direct full force shots and instead of just hitting him, and instead of just stabbing spidey, he throws him off and sheaths his claws to hit him in the face; And in the training session, Wolvie completely negates Spidey's webbing, he accidentally stabs spidey, and then let's spidey beat on him full force until spidey passes out from blood loss.

Who are some of Spider-mans foes? Venom, Green Goblin. If he wasn't agile and able to throw a punch than he wouldn't last 1 minute against these fellows.
