For the record : Wolverine is an awesome character. He can be cool as hell, and let's be honest, without Wolverine Marvel would be a lot more boring.I have zilch problem with the hairy one. Great character, cool powers, great attitude.
BUT !! (you knew there was a but coming) : the writers screw him up. It's as simple as that. Every character has PIS and CIS and has done things he or she couldn't have done and so on... but Wolverine is known for his inconsistency in comics.
Originally posted by who?-kidHe was poisoned in the shingen thing, Wolverine has never shown a partuicularly strong resistence to toxins. Other than, of course, those made by his own body.
He is a streetlevel hero - that is not an insult, just a name - but one time he is knocked out by an old man (Shingen) after a few minutes of fighting, another time he takes punches of the Hulk./
Originally posted by who?-kidYeah the namor thing was pis, personally if I could I'd retcon that with some lameass explination, Not sure exactly how, maybe I'd make a character to explain things like that and the nuke. . maybe a robot that runs around and is often mistaken for wolverine.
When Namor punched him, he should have been flying a few miles through the air, and not just stand there. First time Hulk knocked him out with a glancing blow, other times he takes a beating of a powerhouse like it's nothing.
Originally posted by who?-kidBut it happens with all the characters, why is Wolverine singled out more?
There is a really long list of all the things in which the writers of Wolverine have contradicted themselves or other writers. That's why people make fun of Wolverine.

Where does it say statistically that he can't,
If I were to say Wolverine could shoot lasers out of his eyes or project anykind of energy, it'd be up to me to prove that he could. You wouldn't accept the BS line you just fed to me would you?
"Statistically, where does it say wolverine can't shoot fireballs from his eyes and lightning bolts from his arse?"

and it is a stream of water in that sense regardless.

You know you can't prove it so you're not even going to bother.
Sp I'm affraid that without any proof backing your statement your point is null and void.
And I find it funny how you were willing to counter me until I pointed that out, now you're going to whine like a little ***** about me not answering your questions, when Ihave answered all of the questions you've asked. 😛
Which is easier to dodge a bullet or a stream of water?
Depends on the speed of the water, cause since most streams of water are MUCH slower than bullets they are easier to dodge.
