First of all, what with Spidey in fury mode, he wouldn't have resorted to webbing him up to start with. And as long as Spidey was still mentally composed and focused on hurting this guy, he should have instantly went for the speedblitz, an alternative he could have turned to quite easily. Being the master contortionist and maneverable person he is on the battlefield (wherever and whatever that "battlefield" would be) he could've easily made his way down the path leading to Wolvie in a relatively short amount of time, appearing to be a blur of color. Before Wolvie could compose himself to counter the blitz (and he couldn't) he'd already have Spidey's fist in Wolvie's overrated mouth, among other places that wouldn't be pleasant for anyone to see.

His spider-sense warns of the danger and his superf*ckinghuman
reflexes allow him to move faster than the person shooting.
If Wolverine can lose to a highly skilled martial-artist with
low-level telepathy to anticipate his moves, shouldn't the same be true
for someone who can sense his attacks prior to the attack?
Someone who's also way more agile and like 25 times stronger?

And even being 25 times stronger can't exactly clock Spidey's limit when desperate. But, if anyone wants to bring something to the table that says different, then let the not-so-fun games begin.
I think there is something else to Mr. X then just low level telepathy because Betsy wasn't able to read Wolverine's mind to predict his moves when she tried to fight him.
If Godzilla showed up in the Marvel Universe the F4 would show up and he would be done in two maybe three pages. Wolverine could beat Godzilla I've posted why he could and you Zahit... well you haven't said much of value but I don't expect much of someone with your limitations.
EDIT: Has it been stated how much stronger Spidy's latest up grade has made him? I know he said he was stronger but do we know how much yet?
