Wolverine's healing factor would keep the radiation Godzilla emits from killing him and climbing Godzilla wouldn't be very difficult. It shouldnt be to hard from there to get into Godzilla's skull.
I'm sure no one would flip out if I said Antman could beat Deadpool; it's about the same as Wolverine vs. Godzilla except Wolverine can't fly so it will take longer.

this exact senarios has already played out and wolverine just smiled at spidey for his troubles while spidey stood there whaling away. The thing about wolverine getting knocked unconsious is that, the way, he's been so inconsistantly written, it's hard to simply say spidey would win via concussion. Sometime's it takes some of Hulks best shot at wolverine just to keep him at bay and other times 1 Hulk punch will send wolverine airborne and near death, just as well other times, wolverine gets blasted by hulk without his adamantium and doesn't go down and takes shots from namor without even falling. The victory by knockout is just too inconsistant to call. All I know is that spiderman was laying into wolverine repeatedly with "everything he had" (enough force to smash cars) according to him and wolverine wasn't phased in the least.

Um maybe you aren't aware, but Godzilla did show up in the marvel universe, and well had his own comic run there. at the end of it, it took the avengers, the FF, a better part of sheild, spiderman, and a few others to even stop Godzilla much less overcome him, on top of that THEY didn't even stop him, he stopped himself on account of his good "buddy" the doc, Rob (or whatever his name was) asking him to.
I would rather see them on a team but a Spider man would win.

how the hell are you gonna get from getting gutted while you drown the guy. you got to remember he's got ft long blades at the end of his arms....something you forgot to put in there. Wolverine isn't just going to stand there and let spiderman hold him like that and even IF spiderman somehow got him into that erm position how is spidey gonna drown him without dunkin his own head into the water?

Spiderman is strong enough to hold Wolverine down. He could just web him so tight that he could hardly lift an finger.

He used telepathy. Wolverine went into bestial rage so he couldn't read his mind because he didn't know what he would do next. Well, Spider-Man's power's are not telepathy, so that wouldn't affect him.
perhaps but once again wolverine isn't going to just stand there and let spiderman web him up if the to o them are goin at it, Wolverine can dodge bullets I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have much trouble dodging webbing with his senses. Wolverine can evade the webs easily enough until spiderman runs out of fluid,,,,then it's a fist fight from thereon giving the advantage to wolverine.
Perhaps some may say i'm giving wolverine the ben of the doubt saying that he'll avoid spiderman, but so are you spidey fans saying wolverine will be caught in such an uncomprimising position he won't be able to slash his way free. two can play at this game easily enough.
maybe, but if he's dodging the webbig that won't matter. Wolverine's agility is nothing to laugh at, he can be extremely cat-like when he wishes. Once backfliping from one moving car onto another stabbing that car and double backflipping back into the original car (right back in his passenger seat) in a high speed car chase.
