Wolverine vs. Spider-Man

He's only faster in travelling speed, He's only smarter in formal manners, obviously not everything.

He's not the better fighter, he's not the more resilient, he's not the better strategist, he doesn't have more stamina, he doesn't even have the better costume.

And Wolverine only needs to land one punch to win. If he can be critically injured by a bullet, then it's pretty obvious that a full on "cut you in half" slice from Wolvie will kill him. Unsubstantiated my @$$!

Spidey is more resilient when you think of it, I mean, who else could go toe-to-toe with the Green Goblin in a standing fight and astound the likes of them both, tear the tentacle harness off around Ock's waist despite the hazard of getting close to the tentacles themselves, fight Kraven the Hunter without his powers and last an entire issue, or face down Hulk after witnessing him punch Supes across New York?

Spidey's been known to take multiple bullets running. It was shown in a comic book panel during a Stan Lee interview.

Spidedy has the better costume to, by the way.

But wolverine has healing abilitie so even if spidey won. (which i doubt) It would still be a long battle.

Spider-Man also has a healing factor you know, but of course not on the same level as Wolverine.

I think Secret Wars #3 pretty much sums up what would happened between Wolverine and Spiderman in a fight.
