No, I'm saying that Spiderman isn't an amature like you are labeling him to be...he has a lot more experience than you are giving him credit for...
Creed dwarfs Spiderman in hand to hand combat skills, but Spiderman is much much faster than him and he is also stronger. The reason why Creed would lose has little to do with physical ability and more to do with weakness of character.
Creed has a few screws loose upstairs...and that helps him in many fights because when he goes "feral" so to speak...he is much more deadly. But Spiderman has made a name for himself by defeating characters like that....Carnage, Venom, and Juggernaut come to mind.
Again....read Secret Wars #3 and you'll see why Spiderman would defeat Wolverine.
btw. the "kick the crap out of him" comment wasn't accurate. Creed would definitly give him a run for his money, but I don't see Creed winning the fight.
When Creed goes berseker it's unlike Logan because he retains all of his faculties and still thinks through a fight. His weekness of character well he has none because he kills with no remorse. So he could use a little girl as a shield just to throw Spidey off and attack him. Creed's most dangerous weapon is the fact that he is insane and very well trained. Carnage is insane but lack the military training.
Creed is essentially Wolverine.
There are differences....but to generalize...they are the same.
Being a bloodthirsty maniac pans out when you're brawling with someone. Spiderman has too much intelligence for that. He'd keep his distance, use his webbing, and play it as safe as he could.
Creed is the type of character who grows impatient and does something rash to put himself in a bad position....just like Wolverine.

Rough House had Wolverine chained up and beat the crap out of him with full on punches to the face several times a day. Wolverine freed him self and beat both Rough House and Bloodscream, with bone claws and full use of only one hand. Spiderman isn't nearly strong enough to no any real damage to Wolverine or Sabretooth and thats if they let him hit full on all day.

And no, a KO isn't far fetched at all. In fact it's entirely plausible. It's just a matter of probability. Somedays wolvie can dink poision, somedays he can't, someday he can take on hulk and get pounded without adamantium and still come out victorious, somedays he gets knocked out by the thing with a flick to the noggin. Just saying that spiderman will knock him unconsious simply seems too easy a solution,,,esp since we saw what full force spiderman punches do to wolverine.....nothin. It's all a matter of giving him the benifit of the doubt. One could just as easily argue that wolverine waves his arm and the fights over, but once again how is spider-mans spidey sense doing on THAT day. It's too circumstantial to call.

Never read Maximum Carnage ? Carnage only lives to kill, to mutilate and to wipe his ass on everybody and everything.
Creed, though also mentally unstable, brutal AND sadistic, has sometimes "reasonable" moments. When Mr. Sinister or Foreigner had a job for him to do, he did it. Period. I would like to see Mr. Sinister try to boss Carnage around.
In most cases, when Sabretooth kills somebody, there's a reason, maybe a stupid one, but still some kind of reason. Carnage kills for the fun of it, and he would kill half the world just for laughs. Creed wouldn't.
taking about Cap's shield did anybody notice diff between attacking robot , metals , buildings vs human
when ever a shield or someone's beam is thrown/used at a building, robot etc it slits it or even breaks it.
and when it hits human and superhero it only pushes them back which is odd since metal is much harder than skin and bone.
