If Wolvie just smiled at a full force punch from Spidey, then that would imply that he felt no pain which simply can't be true. His healing factor allows him to seal up alot of cuts and scrapes, but to say that it makes Wolvie invulenerable to pain is just going too far.

Now just imagine, in Wolvie's case, seeing as he's fighting Spidey, that could ACTUALLY happen. And seeing that Wolvie can't be that much stronger than the strongest man, he's not breaking out until that webbing of ol' Pete's dissolves.

His healing factor does not dull pain in the slightest, and no mutant in a peak human's condition would "get used" to "unpulled" punches (if you can call them that seeing as Wolvie was still conscious afterward) from the likes of Hulk, Namor, Spidey, etc.
it has been proven in several threads that while wolveriene MAY be able to break out of webbing and take a few punches from spidey it doesnt matter because in the end spidey has every advantage the only thing lacking being a healing factor. In the end no matter how you look at it spidey is smarter,faster and stronger than wolveriene. He has spider sense making it near impossable to give him any kind of surprises that he wouldnt be able to handle and he has air superiority because of climbing and webbing. now taking all of this into consideration if you have ANY logic as far as what really matters in a fight you will have to agree that spidey undoubtedly has the upper hand and therefore wins this fight.
