In most cases, Spider-Man would lose, as he'd probably knock Logan on his ass, spare him, and then Logan would spring and stab the wall-crawler, Spidey having been too close to dodge fast enough. However, if we're talking enraged Peter, the one that almost murdered the Green Goblin with his bare hands, I'd still give the fight to Spider-Man. But Berserker Spidey is a rare sight.
so is berserker wolvie....everyone thinks that wolvie fights like this all the time...but that's a general misconception.....I'm talking about the kind of fighter wolverine was in the best there is story arc.....he took a tommy gun, a spear to the gut, a sword, and got lit up with a flame thrower and just....kept....comin....lol.
Like I said spiderman enraged is a scary thing...but given wolverine's better fighting ability and the fact that he's much more used to fighting in that enrageed state then spidey...it will be spiderman who runs the risk of making more mistakes.

Dude, this is the worste point you could bring up, on account of Spidey's lost to Frank, more than once too I might add.
What can I say? Frank's a bad-ass and I wouldn't put it past him to beat anyone short of Superman-type characters. But Frank only beats Spider-Man by out-thinking him; if he fought Spidey straight-up he'd be crushed. But Frank beat Logan by out-thinking him, too, so I'll admit it was a bad example, now that I really think about it.
