I'd disagree with a good bit of that...
Taskmaster isn't a "better" fighter, but his powers make him really hard to beat in straight h2h.
The Shang Chi thing DID happen, but it was jobbing and a half. Shang basically stood there and let Wolverine punch him a few times. This is the guy who moved fast enough to match Spiderman in speed, (a feat even Wolverine has never actually accomplished... He's gotten hits in, but Spiderman is always clearly portrayed as much faster) matched Iron Fist in skill many times, and has defeated his father in single combat. He's basically Lady Shiva in Marvel, and he went down without even attempting any tiny bit of resistance. Jobbing and a half, but it DID happen.
I don't remember ever seeing a Wolverine/Iron Fist fight, but I could be wrong.
USAgent is a lot better than Wolverine physically, though probably not quite as good of a fighter. I'll also point out he's well below Spiderman in both speed and strength right now...
I only remember Deadpool beating Wolverine in a really fair fight once... But I agree that Deadpool should do very well against Wolverine.
Punisher was mostly PIS as well... His h2h is nowhere near is good, guns have proven ineffective on dozens of occasions. Even a bat to the nads shouldn't have done as much to Logan as it did.
Elektra and Daredevil are both beastly... DD and Logan should spit it pretty evenly. (possibly a slight edge to Wolverine in general, but in terms of a pure h2h fight, it'd be a total tossup)
Now, don't get me wrong, I do vote for Spiderman 7/10 here, because honestly, it's basically PIS when Spiderman is hit by anyone even hovering near or below peak human without some other forces working against him. (rescuing people, anti SS drugs, him being rage blinded, etc)

Actually Luke intervened. It's not clear who saved who.
Besides, she had no grudge with Wolverine. If I recall the scene, she realized who he was and stopped attacking. Wolverine was in perfect form as far as we can tell.
first off that like issue 10 of new x-men. thats one fo wolverien first appearences as a marvel character.
also to bad thats not the first hit wolverine took in that issue how about u show the rest of the fights. wolevrien took three full on punches befor that hit.
