Thats irrelevant, Kitty and Peter are both good at dodging but for completely different reasons. Also the fact that wolverines claws hurt her whilst she is phasing is irrelevant to this battle cos technically kitty isn't dodging Logan as a person, she is literally letting him pass straight through her. Spidey actually moves his entire body away from things.
eg.
Comparing spidey's dodging to Kitty's is like comparing a flea to a ghost. A ghost you can't hit because you go straight through it. A flea you can't hit is because it actually goes out the way to avoid you.

I disagree. In my opinion this logic is flawed because you are under two huge assumptions
1) Wolverine can keep up with spidey.
2) All spidey will be doing is dodging and not fighting back.
IMO spidey wins 9/10

Hardly assumption seeing as Wolverine HAS kept up with Spider-man on half a dozen occasions.
Spider-man doesn't have the means to go into melee combat with Wolverine and avoid being scewered... so unless he is into that he will focus on dodging and ranged attacks
Spider-man wins because of webbing and NOTHING else

Spider-Man's speed stat is the only stat that matters in this discussion. His greater agility means he will be able to avoid Wolverine for a time, but in the end it's raw speed that counts in this fight. Spider-Man is obviously not faster than Wolverine. 1) Spider-Man can't keep up with Wolverine. Wolverine can maintain his maximum physical output for an undeterminable period of time. He has fought for days. Spider-Man gets tired. He can't keep up with Wolverine for very long
2) You can't beat anybody by just dodging. Spidey can't dodge Wolverine forever. Wolverine has successfully hit him every time they have met. I dont understand why Spider-Man would only be dodging. Wolverine is not going to tire out chasing Spider-Man. Spider-Man will have to fight back sooner or later. That's where things get fun because we already know Wolverine can take anything Spider-Man dishes out. And he does it with a grin. Spider-Man can't hurt Wolverine. He hit Wolverine as hard as he could 30 times and Wolverine just laughed it off. Spider-Man threw Wolverine out a window of a skyscraper. Wolverine laughed that off too. What the hell can Spider-Man do to win?
IMO Wolverine 8/10.
