Actually from how I interpreted the drowning scene his body was able to pull oxygen out of the water to sustain him. In the case where he can't recieve any oxygen at all I'm not sure how'll he'll pan out

Logan survives nuclear reactor (as he did previously) comes back with a vengeance and cuts Peter into 100 pieces

For me, the contest isn't about who can or will kill whom - because that answer is obvious. For me the contest is between who will win in a fight - and you just answered that question.

Wolverine isn't gonna hit him one time. Wolverine isn't faster than a speeding bullet, and Spidey dodges them with ease. On the other hand, Spidey IS fast enough to hit Wolverine, and he is also more than strong enough to knock his lights out (which an adamantium skull is no defence against).

And that's not even mentioning Spidey's webbing, which has defeated Wolvie before.

Case closed.

Spidey wins each and every time.
