I disagree I think MJ is much hotter than Jean, though I can't decide between Emma and MJ and Storm isn't even in the same league as Jean, Emma and MJ

I dont know how old Jean was when she joined but like many of them, they join very young either as children or early teens. Jean was probably a teen when she joined. Hard to say what Parkers age was when he was bitten
but he was a high school student.
Parker was 15 when he was bitten, Jean joined Xaiver's school in the very first issue of X-men and Iceman was stated to be the youngest member at 16, and I'm not sure but the only teen there as well, so Jean was probably about 20 when she first joined up. Unless any of this was ret-conned I don't know.

The original roster of x-men were all teenagers, so she wasn't 20.
