All I see there is Cap barely landing three blows and Spiderman slicing his face open after dodging his shield.

How do you even try to get away with saying Cap owned Spiderman?

I'm going to try to find it, but I remember a comic where Spiderman and Wolverine directly fought and Spiderman ended up flipping over Wolverine and having the opportunity to kill him via broken neck and Wolverine gives up.

I hope to find this so I can get some scans.

In the end, Spiderman has an opportunity to kill Wolverine by snapping his neck. A helipcopter comes and Spiderman thinks there's an enemy behind him, but it's actually a KGB Spy named charlie and he kills her.

It ends with both Wolvie and Spidey walking away.
