spiderman can not snap wolverines neck nor has sabertooth.
Even if it didn't instantly kill him, it would knock him out plenty long enough for peter to finish the job. If only by webbing his face up and suffocating him.
spiderman advantages:
he's stronger and faster
wolverine's advantages: he's more durable, meaning he has a healing factor and can fight much longer if he needs to. if you remember, he was able to hold his own against omega red for literally over a full day. on top of that, he was under the side effects of the death pheromones. spiderman can dodge for a while, but he'll eventually run out of gas. he doesn't have the strength to KO him considering he's been hit by much stronger opponents such as Namor.
he isn't as much of a smart ass as spiderman is, meaning he won't talk shit as much.
he has cut through spidey's webbing even in the most difficult positions, such as being tied up and hanged on the wall.
wolverine wins. it wouldn't be pretty and it wouldnt be quick, but it's still gonna be spidey with an eviscerated belly.

Youre the crack head if you think that spiderman can beat wolverine when in all of there encounters wolverine has beaten spiderman everytime. Wolverine is as fast as spiderman, as agile as spiderman, a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better fight then spiderman, spiderman has spidersense while wolverine has enhanced senses, BUT, what changes this fight is the fact that wolverine can heal from almost ANYTHING that spiderman do. Wolverine has dodged bullets so he shouldnt have a hard time dodging spidermans web.
Daredevil has dodged spiderman webs, elektra has dodged the webbing, a regular human that was teamed up with absorbing man dodged spiderman webbing ending with spiderman saying "dog she fast", Kingpin has dodge spiderman webbing, vulture has dodged spiderman webbing, etc......
Now lets get to spiderman being stabbed. Wolverine has stabbed spiderman in the chest. Elektra has stabbed spiderman in the shoulder. Venom has stabbed spiderman. Kraven has stabbed spiderman. Tombstone picked up a knife while loosing against spiderman and cut peter across the chest out of desperation. Spiderman has been stabbed or cut his entire career but wolverine would be his final stab if wolverine ever got serious with him.
Now since everyone say that spiderman is so fast that he dodge punches, do i even need to bring up the people that punch spiderman on a regular basis. Naaah, im not going to do that BUT i will name two people that wolverine is waaay faster than that layed plenty of licks on spiderman, King pin and vulture.
Wolverine will kill spiderman. Im not showing any more scans of wolverine beating spiderman, its pointless. Spiderman vs daredevil, maybe, MAYBE, i would choose spiderman but I have witness to many times how spiderman fights and end up falling to martial artist, I even seen him fall to daredevil.
Wolverine gets a huge majority to me and the wins that spiderman do get would be luck wins.
I have all these fights your talking about, 1st-(Wolverine vs. Spider-Man) This will be a hard fight for Spider-Man to win, and I'm pretty sure Peter is no killer, thats what Logan was basically telling him, even Peter mentioned that Logan will kill him and Spider-Man soon realized what he was up against. 2. Sabetooth has snapped Logan's neck twice so far, once in "The Native" and second in the scans that was posted where afterwards Creed ties him to a plane and nearly kills Black Panther. 3rd. Captain America & Wolverine fighting ability, Wolerine is listed at the highest rating saying that he's a master in all forms of combat while Captain America is sometimes listed a notch lower or in the 90s he was at the top as well. But anyone remembers when they 1st met that Captain America was so impressed with Logan's skill (and this was before he was Wolverine, no claws either then) that he asked Logan to join him to be a team, but Logan denied Captain America saying that he didn't want a sidekick, LOL,
