If Spiderman wanted to kill Wolverine he could do it with no problem!
Look at the stats.
Spiderman IS stronger and IS way faster!
He can stick to walls. Has the "Spider-Sense".
Wolverine can cut the webs but in doing so it WILL slow him down! He can web up his legs making him far less mobile.
A faster Spiderman vs a slower Wolverine....Do the math.
MA skills mean nothing in this type of fight. Some writers have Wolverine so powerful he can take out cosmic super beings and yet in one of his own mini series he went to Japan and get his ass kicked by an old guy with a wooden stick.
Wolverine fans have become like Batman fans - "My guy beats em all"
Guys like Captain America and Daredevil can hold their own with Wolverine.......and there are people who think Spiderman would go down...?....What are they thinking? Spiderman using his FULL power and NOT holding back as he does so often would beat him. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Spider-Man is stronger, faster and smarter than Wolverine. Wolverine would be able to cut the webs, but if SPidey got him with his arms down he would be pinned. Or he could just pull a wall down on Wolverine and he would be unable to life it and get himdelf out. The major issue would come down to Spidey's inability to kill anyone. Wolverine would gut Spidey like a fish, but I don't think Spidey could bring himself to ever actually kill someone.

In anyase Spiderman has unleashed on him. In their first fight Spiderman wailed on Wolverine as hard as he could and nothing happened. He couldn't keep Wolverine from smiling.
Then when he got angry cause he got stabbed he wailed on wolverine again. Again, Wolverine was just fine.
Whenever Spiderman hits Wolverine, Wolverine is fine.

If Spidey and Wolvie went at it in a "real" fight - To the death - Spiderman would win. In a "real" fight" Wolverine would never tag Spidey with his claws. He is way to fast and agile! You assume Spidey would have to punch him to win. Too many ways SM can beat W without even touching him. Spidey's not a stupid Hulk. He could web him up against a wall .Then web up his face till he dies from lack of air. Wolverine's been KOed by lesser people than Spiderman! Spiderman IS strong enough to rip his head from his body.Wolverine is still part flesh.He is NOT Superman!
