web logan has the skill to cut, or dodge.
stats? he has inferior durability,stamina, healing factor as well as skill. He also marginally at best better then wolverine in speed or reflexes if that/

Depends on the scenario but more often than not a stalemate. Why? Because Spidey isn't dumb enough to try and take Logan toe to toe and he will likely stay back. That being said, he won't be able to web Wolverine up too easily, if at all, and any quick strikes he does get in will likely be shrugged off. Plus, he might end up breaking his feet/hands half the time if he uses too much power. On the other hand, Logan isn't easily going to stab or slash Pete either so the fight likely ends without a winner.
If they were going at it for infinity however, I would say Wolverine due to healing and the ability to kill Pete with a single strike.
