i think it is very unlikely the spider will be capable of knocking logan out... we have seen in comic history that spider failed miserably and logan smiling at his attempt...
i als think the web issue is not an issuing seeing that logan has showed the speed to dodge and block multiple laser fire and a web in flight is nowhere near the speed of lasers or bullets.
i also dont see logan giving parker the opportunity to web him like he did in the comics unlike in the comic story logan is not here to talk to parker and parker using logan's distraction over a kid to take the opportunity to web him... here in the forum their are no words and a kid to distract logan, logan will pay full attention to the spider for this fight........
if comic history is allowed to be used logan beats the spider again...... via stab, nut shot, throat choking.... and claw point.... all ending with the spider backing down or being taken down....

So he can shrug a few punches, Spider-man can keep it up, it's easier for him to land hits than vice-versa.

Webs are also a lot wider than bullets or lasers and Spider-man can fire them from odd angles.
Speed of the projectile is not the primary difficulty factor in dodging an attack, aim is.
Logan's been webbed up before.

also add to the times when logan has had to save the spider and the times the spider has acknowledge logan as being his better or fearing him...
Spiderman tired himself out punching logan as hard as he could logan then tackled him once he exhausted himself... after he had let parker try to knock him out and smiled at his attempt in mid punches.... the spider couldnt punch his smile off his face.... 😄
logan can easily speed burst or blitz out of the way of the webs b4 it ever gets to him... 😉
spiderman stamina < wolverine HF stamina ...
spider cannot outlast logan no matter how many times he punches him that is a comic fact........ spider will fall from exhaustion b4 logan gets ko'ed

i know one logan was emotionally and physically exhausted and had bn put under excruciating pain from Proteus reality warping attack.
he wasnt able to focus and fight properly he had fear and cyclops attacked him while logan was trying to recover from his ordeal
