Heh. True, but that's me. Spider-man tends to expect the better of people. As he later told Wolverine when Logan threatened to gutt him "you're my friend, you'd never hurt me"...I wouldn't say so, he didn't even punch Logan once, only slamed him into a wall and webbed him up. He was mad but he clearly didn't expect that Logan would turn it into a real fight and stab him, imo using this as an argument is no better than using "Spider-man webbing up Wolverine in Marvel team-up" when Logan didn't even pop his claws.
he didnt punch logan b/c logan stopped him dead in his tracks when parker went in for his frontal assault. 😉
so i guess the spider fighting or goating a guy whom he feels wont hurt him is big of the spider... that says a lot...
the difference between the two different situation was that one combatant didnt know he was in a fight......(logan)
in the training session both knew they had beef with each other and confronted each other head on. 🙂
