In the end we have examples for everything on both sides. The only difference is that the Spder-man side is right though.

Spidey can't hurt Wolverine / Spidey can hurt Wolverine

He got free every single time. In that Kirkman's book he got webbed up in a non-fight, but was resourceful enough to break free anyway.

This depends he took far more and was taken out by far less on an average it's argueble by his last showings he could easily take Spideys blows (the HF taxing dudes were heavy).
Long story short I have my reasons why I think Spider-man wins but I can also understand why Wolverine fans give Wolverine the win here. Something Battle Hammer pointed out is that the Battlefield is also very important. Empty white room = Wolverine, City = Spider-man.
If you wanna go by current shit: Wolverine because his recent showings were insane (Wolverine the best there is series) and Spidey doesn't have a SS.

indeed. I can most certainly agree that he will not stand by and let it happen. In fact if spider-man still had a spider sense then i think that spidy would manage it but now with out it it's really doubtful.
but for people to say that he could not do it would be major miss calculation on way or another.
it just annoys me when wolverine fans come in here(or anywhere) and just say "nope wont happen. wolverine would cut himself out." every time i had ever brought that up before in this fight that was the only response i could get. It was almost like people could not understand simple words.
