Superman has been shown moving FTL more than once, both pre and post reboot.

It's not even up for debate anymore.

Superman is definitely FTL, and likely among the top 5 fastest characters in DC. That much isn't even debatable.

That said, I still believe Flash is faster-- a fact that (imo) was solidified during Flash: Rebirth.

1. Nobody knows where OA is.

yes, do you? you do realize that the universe is considered to be infinite so 2.5 light years is considered close. Andromeda can even be observed with the naked eye.

Flash: Rebirth happened before Superman : Grounded.

Secondly, Flash while not going fast enough to go trans-dimensional (speed force) in Superman : Grounded, WAS going at his top practical speed.

The proof is that he could not stop himself from running at all while wearing that Kryptonian head-band. Superman caught him, and Barry was still trying to run while Superman was holding him, and only stopped after Supes took the head-band off.

Also, judging by the desperate/all-out expression on Superman's face in relation to Flash's calm/cool facial expression during the 'race', I'd tend to believe that Flash wasn't moving at his maximum speed, while Supes likely was:
