This I'm not sure, because by the time say Aragorn became kingly and all, some of Saruman's descendants (if there were any) would create things like guns or powder explosives, all that good stuff. I have to mention again, that Aragorn has strong reflexes.
In the TTT, Aragorn sees a that dinamyte wielding Uruk come runnig towards the threshold and automactically thinks 'It must be trying to blow up the wall.' and he screams to Legolas to kill the Uruk down before it got to the wall. So I assume that Aragorn would act like that.

well considering Jack Sparrow isnt ALWAYS a drunkin pirate.. i think Jack would win.. but not for that reason.. because yes.. he does seem to be naturally drunk.. but.. if Aragorn were to kill Jack.. his GHOST, not immortality, can still fight.. everyone knows that a pirates ghost can still fight.. so therefor.. Aragorn may have won the first time around.. but Jack comes back in the end

Yes, Jack does play dirty but well let's just think that Jack is Gandalf (*think* preeetend!!) and Gandalf is doing on of those freaky riddles on Aragorn and the others, Aragorn knows what Gandalf is really talking about, and is not easily fooled or confused. ~_^
