I used to load up on sugar and junk night after night after night, habitually, for years. Now that I'm loading up on rabbit food at night, I'm an insomniac. I am losing weight at least.

Nope not fat I am one of those types that can eat and eat and not have to worry about fat..

Unless you're an alcoholic, strung out on meth, or have some underlying condition which has destroyed your body's natural metabolism, if you consume more calories than your body uses up, you are in danger of becoming fat.
