That was literally all the kind of shows we had in the early Y2K. Had its ups and downs, they all wanted to be as good as Space Ghost Coast to Coast and weren't, and Archer is an artifact of that time which I have never seen but they swear is good..

I did see ATHF and PHF well some episode. I remember an episode involving a party where someone throws a party and she invites a whole bunch of people who end up cleaning her place. It was funny. But I don't remember watching it religiously.
