Probably now that you say it. 😂
I think they actually dug up the animal toten tombs and transported them to a lab for modern study.
Kind of errie how so many works predicted an outbreak and we get an outbreak. Almost like fans of The Stand said "Hey, good idea".
And then when it's only as bad as seasonal flu they're like "Awww..."

I'm all for a The Stand scenario if they go all the way and it brings the Walking Dude.Forget millions dead and pollution is a little better for a little while, let's go for Billions and no one has to be homeless anymore.
Always wondered why Walkers are a real threat in a city when they can't use doors or climb ladders. Just leap from rooftop to rooftop like Batman.

Just gonna sit back and enjoy the fallout...
Think about it. They can't afford to hire real actors but don't intend to replace live actors, only use AI to pad their diverse representation of clothes on different body types..
Meaning someone, somewhere will get offended about not having the live models, instead of some creepy AI.

Big win for those companies, they get the diversity model without dealing with an annoying real ethnic model, genius.
But I mean, activist logic could as easily accuse them of replacing "real" diversity with computer graphics. Sort of a "AI blackface" argument.
Time will tell I guess.

I didn't follow what you were talking about but do you remember that show, Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack? In one of the first episodes he covers a man's murder during the 1950 or so and he talks about how the government had been developing a different type of weapon, but in the lab. A illness that could whip out millions without firing a weapon. It stated that the laboratory had many lethal pesticides and germs and they were creating a biological warfare at an atomic level and that the man with this secret knowledge was murdered. This was in the 50's and it shocked me because it all made sense! Why would anyone unleash a bioweapon? To control the population from population growth and economic resources. Cost of living has gone up, cost of goods and services. And we are all paying for it because we as humans need to expand and have more children and expand till we have consumed all the natural resources left on earth.

I would say that when President FDR didn't immediately go into WWII to save France from being overrun that was the beginning of the All Politicians Are Criminal Scumbags, it wasn't too long after that the U.N. was set up starting all this Global Economic stuff, and then the CIA and other alphabet agencies started fvcking with the balance of power between the East and West. But Abe was a dick, he was like yeah free the blacks because it's a pain in the ass not because of any moral choice.
And don't forget the Kennedys who got killed one by one because they had a American vision that was so far from what we see today.
