Most sociopath's that have become murders have had injuries to their head, they also tend to start killing little animals as their first victims.

You are not so much a sociopath then I am or Nukes. A true sociopath will not show empathy or remorse. Riv for example could be a legitimate sociopath' because he is often repeating the same patterns, unaware of the things around him, even though he knows people might not like him.
