It's quite confusing there, mixing all the modes each line...

No actually you need the extra L accent wise.

no you do not.
there is no initial double-L in Sindarin nor in Quenya or in any other elvish language (though the first has similarities to Welsh).
For accents you only use the vowels or sometimes double consonants in the middle of a word.

If not speaking to a King or someone, the better form instead of "hannon le" is rather "gen hannon", unlike in the film.

That is a problem indeed because I guarantee you that there is no second L.

Well I can guarantee you that there is two letter L's in most typed out Elvish in Romaji.

*shrugs* Ah well, either way it's still pronounced the same, so I call this arguement, closed.

Good idea... yes pronounciation is what matters and thats the same indeed... however most of the stuff provided on the site where this double-l-Le comes from is half-wrong.

Know what? That it's wrong? Well just look at the letters - some of them don't even accur in tolkien's elvish 🙄 like for example "z" or "sh".
