USH'S LOTR RP Game part 2- The Fortress of Baranar

Started by Ushgarak211 pages

In a rush right now- will try and update tonight, promise...

Ok, Rivendell guys are on their way, but they will have to wait for the Baranar fight to finish...

Aiwendil is dfineitely on form, rolling an 85, which ends up as 120! Which is a 20D. Aiwendil cuts down her opponent with a vicious slash.

The next one along strikes back at her. He rolls 75, a good shot. Still, it ends up as a 60 after Aiwendil's defence and shield is taken into account. His blow misses as she slips out of the way.

Andromir rolls 91. Getting vicious, this! A 131, a 25E! I shall just rule that as a kill...

A Dunlending strikes at Andromir, and another at Talin. A 16 on Adrmoir... but a 97 on Talin! Which becomes a 127, for a 10B!

"Minor forearm wound. +4 hits. 2 hits per round., Stunned one round."

You need a shield, Talin...

One axe each coming at Andromir and Talin! 47 and 37- misses...

Three more Dunlendings turn up- two warriors and one thrower...

As Eliara is riding along on her horse she gets a distinct feeling of being watched.

She gazes around through the towering trees and glances behind her. There was nothing.

"I think we should quicken our pace." She says to the others.

"We don't want to chance running into anything else before we reach Baranar."

"We also need to get the wounded to shelter so that they may rest and recover." She said as she glanced to the right of her where Darth and his companion were.

As she looked out at the sky she saw three eagles soaring in circles.

(can't remember who is wounded besides Palanfirth.)

(assuming he's to the right....😄)

Andromir strike at another Dunlending sentry, parrying his strikes with the shield, and taking nothing for defence..

"We should take those axethrowers out quickly"

"We can not quicken our pace anymore, the horses will not be able to do it, don't forget some of them are carrying two people"

I definitely need a shield...

"I have selfishly forgotten of the burden we have." She said quietly. "Please forgive me." "I just sense something bad, that's all." "I could be just paranoid though......" She told him.

"There is no time to stop. There may yet be orcs in the area... Nor is there any need to quicken our pace."

"dont spend too much time on all that hocus pocus"

"I know, since the journey visions are troubled from my paranoia."

"I shall be better when we get to Baranar."

"I do not feel any present danger from Orcs Lord Reven(is that his name darth?)"

"There is just something in the wind." "This I know, and it could be from the trouble that Baranor is having."

Too many people trust their feelings these days, feelings don't get you anywhere.... altho that old gray man, gandalf or mithrandir or whatever they called him seemed to know what he was talking about

((yep dat's m'name))

"If she has a feeling, it may well be correct, Horsemaster. (I forgot your name again... 😮 ) She is, after all, an animist."

lol DR: everything that is in italics are thoughts, not uttered words....
secondly Argentis does NOT believe in magical powers, atleast not too much. let alone trust a gut feeling on something

(ooc: i had to fix something's....Ush doesn't want me to come up with things...... which I think is crummy...b/c we are guided on what we can/can't say.......... takes the fun out of writing for me)

(it's kinda well normal that you can not come up with things, I dont see why that's crummy.)

(well like certain little things..... Ush said it was ok as long as other's didn't go along with it....... I mean like we see strange things...like the eagles that were soaring........ I was hoping maybe with that he would add in something since Eliara kinda senses those kinds of things....but I had pm'd him after I posted so I tried to clean up my post by saying she was paranoid.....)

"So how much further do you think it is til' Baranar?" Eliara asks (Fire). As she unties her jacket around her waist and puts it on. The wind seemed to be blowing alot this morning and had given her chills.

"about 10 days, but with our current speed it could be eleven"

I hope it is not too late when we get there.

"There will be plenty of orcs to Slay"

*starts laughing*
