Very well! In that case you are leaving imminently- last chance for anyone to request anything or do anything before you go! Arvedui sends a message for your leaving- he wishes you the best of fortune, and hopes that the message of your unified Fellowship will be a beacon and example to all throughout the land.

well I request a copy of all my wapens, meaning javelin, heavy flail and longsword

Which reminds me of an important question- are you all going to be resposible for your own equipment, or are you going to bring a pack animal with you?

(I'm carrying everything myself and on Emoras ofc.)

Okidokey- it does mean you might be rather laden for a fight, carrying all your food and spare weapons and so on.

it's in saddle bags, which are strapped on the horse with one, leather belt, I can cut that through, drop the stuff on the ground and charge into battle 🙂

then come and get my stuff if it's still there

Aiwendil grooms Iarbeleth, unsure as yet to the details of departure.

I don't have too many weapons,I can carry them myself. With ths food and spare arrows and rope and other stuff I'll put them on an animal.I want my horse fast and silent, not with all the cooking devices after me making noise 😄

(just for the record ush I take very lil equipment, my weapons, all of them, a few days worth of dried food and water and that's it.)

If you only have a few days of food and water than you might starve.

Fitch has asked for a pack horse so you will have one available to put your gear on.

Everyone happy then?

yea sounds ok 🙂

I'll carry my crap with me. Dwarves are a hardy folk, they can carry heavy things. 😉

((As oi be an elf, everything oi need is loight, small, and easilly stowed in my pack.))

(As I be a dwarf, everything is big and heavy, so I let my elven friends carry it for me. 😛 )

(( heehee!))

Very well then people. It seems as if you are of. That mornign, wqith your fifty man escort around you, you ride out through the city's southern gates and onto the North-South road.

Now... at this point, I need to know what your watching arrangements are! Each night someone has to stay on watch. Now, being of various races, you lseep differently. Here is how it works:

Men: need about eight hours sleep a night as you or I would. Obviously you can skimp on that for the odd night or two.
Dunadain. Certain man types (like Beornings) need less sleep but all of the ones here need the same.

Half-Elves: Need only four hours sleep (for mortal) or meditiation (if immortal- see below) per day.

Hobbits: Sleep like men but are VERY resistant and can stay awake for long periods of time if need be

Dwarves: As Hobbits

Elves: Don;t sleep at all. They need to meditate for a few hours each day but other than that can travel for 20 hours straight without even tiring. Meditation has one problem- the internal body clock wakes them up when they are done, but before that it is VERY hard to wake a meditating Elf!

So, how do you plan to split these duties? You can rely on the guards, of course, if you want...

I'll take it for the first night, I suppose.

as you wish. I posted something about me taking one horse..but it seems it didn't post..anyway..hope it's not too late.

One horse you are riding on, you mean?

The first part of your journey is, of course, exceptionally simple- you are simply riding down the road (entirely safe this time) to the historic town Of Bree. Whilst riding Lord Gorlim gives his appraisal of the land and everything in it and what can be done to ake things better, whilst Lord Annphor nods and agrees with every single thing Gorlim says.

I'll give you guys the rest of the day to come up with any other ideas about watch duty before I move you on

as we are finaly on the move and me and emoras have been kinda still for a while we both let it out real good, so when the road leads for it I galop at max speed for about 500 meters then make a U-turn come back and make a jump forward which makes me land about 10 meters infront of the caravan

I scream:" That felt good"
