Right then. To the North, another Orc is shot down, but they have now hacked a two-man wide breach in the outer gate.
To the west... Palanfirith fires again, wounding an Orc. Another of Baranar's men is speared. Thw wounded Orc is killed in return. The billhook man enters the fight and wounds another Orc; with a mighty smash, Baranar scores a kill, and on on-form Andromir rolls 126, which goes up to maximum damage for a kill of his own.. fire, your opponent is wounded, and flailing.
To the South... another Dunlending falls and dies whilst climbing, and the archers shoot down two more. Darvan dispatches a fourth. A fifth is killed by the guards trying to get up and over.
The Dunlending strikes at Corlindel again- a better blow, but still fended off. Corlindel rolls a 74 in return, scoring 17 damage in all. The wounded Dunlending growls and re-doubles his attack...
One of Baranar's men is wounded, but one of the escalading Dunlendings is killed. Two more come up, however, and only one is met by Baranar's men.

Ok, moving on as fast as we can...
To the North. Another Orc is brought down by archer fire. Also, the rock slide drops another rock and kill two more, and I forgot to do the slide last time, so that is another two dead, for five down so far.
The Orcs now rush the two-man gap. Baranar's lower archers fire, and kill the first two in.
Out west... the badly wounded Baranar solider is finally finished off. Then the wounded Orc is hacked down in return. However, the billhook man slips on his own attack and stuns himself on the haft of his own weapon... doh!
Baranar smashes down another, and both Argentis and Andromir throw assailants from the walls. Only one Orc rises this turn.
Now South... natural risk attrition kills another climber. The guards kill another as he climbs; the archers, still so far untroubled by Dunlendings, kill two more.
Vardalain can fire; he would technically need to spend a round loading but he did nothing last round so that is ok, and a good shot brings down one of the new attackers before he gets to the melee.
The savages strike, but ineffectually. Corlindel this time dispatches his wounded opponent. One of Baranar's guards strikes yet another mighty blow to drop his; the next misses, but now Darvan flanks his target and scores a kill of his own.
Good sweeping! Another two Dunlendings come on over at this time- but another guard stopping those coming up is felled in a barrage of axes.

"Take my arrows now - not the quiver 😛 I still have 23 arrows there - but let me two or three just in case"
