Luckily, the Barrow Downs are to the west, no need to go through them.

so we can do my idea?

how about we go to the north of the weather hills, cut it above the trollshaws, and off to rivendell.....kind of a straight line.

hmm dexx, we aint in fornost right now eey mate, we's in the south, on the bottom of the map 😛

😄...oh...riiight😄...the bloody thing didn't fully load, it means...*goes to check again

Eeek!

Baronar is marked on the map on page12

The quickest ways, obviously is to use the road. This has its own drawbacks in that Dunlendings watch both the North road and the Great East/West road (as you remember from the first story)

But is cutting through Cardolan any safrer? The east half is virtually owned by the Dunlendings.

so basicaly we will have to keep our eyes open on whatever road we take

There is no 100% safe route, no

oh..page 12....😄....i'll look into it.

Ok! I'll give this one more day, then, then you are off.

If both routes are dangerous at least we should take the road because we can go faster then on other paths. We can go until Bree and then on a streight line on the Last Bridge until Rivendell.

Yes, past the Last Bridge you will be safe...

so it's settled, then

so be it

now I'm confuesd.....as usual

Ok then folks! One shot only to get organised this time!

Gorlim and Annphor give you hurried farewells as they prepare to ride north all the way back to Fornost. There they will gather a relieving army as soon as possible.

Those of you going to Rivendell, you have a hard ride ahead of you, if you are to make it both safely and in time. Are there any special preparations anyone wishes to make, or things they specifically do- or do NOT- want to bring?

Those that are staying behind, you may not see these fols for a while, so wish them well...

food, ropes, torches, all my equipment, a means of making Fire and that'll be about it

"Good luck," Talin says. "Vardalain, come back with some good knowledge, or we're all going to die. I'm sure nobody would like that."

"Amin dele ten' sen..." Aiwendil whispered to herself.

((I worry for them...))

"Elvish words of luck, no?" Anglomir asked.
