too short, too old and no no no no no...
cameras can work wonders. so can makeup. i say its the actor that counts. not the flashy prettyboy junk. we want remy. otherwise, any loser could get a dye job and some plastic surgery. its the actor we want, not necessarily the face.

yup totally true he would be bad for all the above reasons
like i said. short can be fixed (i occasionally do film, ill tell you, youd be amazed.), old is no biggie, what we need is the character.
and now for my real reply. (offhand comment- omg! i love the books and the movie was great! go anne rice! tom and brad forever!) brad could do it. im still thinking tom (maybe), but more johnny, or a no-name, or for petes sake, i love the guy so much, id get a gender reconstruction surgery and train my voice to speak lower just so i could play him! this character needs someone to love him, understand him, and be remy. be remy, be gambit, be a lebeau and honor my name - for petes sake! looks ARE NOT that important! i did a workshop in which they turned my pretty, feminine friend into a guy. i mean it, too. her hair is halfway down her back, she has the sweetest little voice, dainty cheekbones, tiny frame, the works, i tell you, and when they showed us the tape, after makeup and editing and the filming techniques (fancy word for tricks) and all, she was a six-foot-two, masculine, totally un-hilary studmuffin. half the girls got a crush on her. the point is to find someone who can play the character. let the appearnace follow as it may. again, i conclude my rant. sorry if i offended anyone. feel free to rant right back. l8er.
