i cant see colin as gambit. hes pretty good, definitely a ladies man, but the problems are that he is kindof a one trick pony, bad boy, but not suave bad boy, hes already a marvel villain, and the biggie: his ACCENT. i am irish and live in new orleans, and i tell you, the accent does not mix well. if youre irish, youre irish. if youre cajun, youre cajun. ya cant really be both, mon ami. with his pretty but thick accent, i cant see him ever being anything other than a remy oddly space-warped to have lived in ireland his whole life. just my opinion. he is good, but i am not seeing it. then again, no one sees my idea. but i was talking to hilary, who knows nothing about comics at all, except what ive told her, and she said a no-name would be the best. i agree. as of now, its a no-name for me, with johnny, tom, and brad as backup, in that order. stephen dorff as a last resort. no-names dominate. feel free to tell me why im wrong though. im always up for a debate. cy'all.
That sucks laurel lebeau that you would think no one listen to your ideas. Well I think you have good points on characters. An actor who is complete fresh and has not played any other characters would be a a great idea but it's also tons of fun trying to match existing actors to particular roles. (Gambit for example)
I'm still going for Stephen Doriff or Gabriel Garko !!!!
